"Planning" is the operative word here. HBO had originally planned to roll out an unscripted reunion episode of Friends as part of its HBO Max launch in May 2020. Unfortunately, filming was postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but the cast and crew are hoping that it'll be safe enough to film in March of 2021 — and we're going with that. With 10 hefty seasons to rewatch before then, you'll want to get to work! We've provided 13 of our favorite moments to help start light a fire for your binge-watching. Spoilers, of course, ahead!

Without further ado:

1.

When Ross is freaking out because no one is ready for the museum event where he is giving a speech, and Chandler and Joey agitate him further by fighting over a chair.

Chandler telling Joey, "Get out of my chair, dill hole" and Chandler watching Joey take the chair cushions

NBC

Chandler leaves "his" chair to go to the bathroom, so Joey takes it. Of course, they settle their disagreement like adults: Joey takes the couch cushions with him to go change, so Chandler takes Joey's underwear. Then, Joey puts on all of Chandler's clothing and does lunges without wearing any underwear.

2.

When Monica gives Chandler a lesson in sex ed.

Monica saying, "Seven" and Monica holding up seven fingers

NBC

Chandler tells Monica and Rachel that he's not getting as much, ahem, enthusiasm from his girlfriend as she expressed when she was with Joey. Monica draws out the seven erogenous zones and tells him how to navigate them, turning herself on in the process.

3.

When Phoebe changes her name to Princess Consuela Banana Hammock instead of simply taking her husband's last name.

Phoebe saying, "Meet Princess Consuela Banana Hammock" and Mike saying, "Just Crap Bag. First name, Crap, last name, Bag"

NBC

In response, Mike tells her he's going to change his name to Crap Bag. After he forces her to introduce him to a massage client as "my husband, Crap Bag," Phoebe finally agrees to change her name back to Phoebe Buffay-Hannigan.

4.

When Phoebe sees Monica and Chandler doin' it from Ugly Naked Guy's window when she and Rachel go with Ross to check out the apartment.

Phoebe screaming, "Chandler and Monica!" and Ross jumping and screaming

NBC

Up until then, Rachel and Joey were the only ones who knew about the new couple. When Ross walks in on Phoebe and Rachel screaming, they tell him they're just excited for him to get the apartment, so he starts screaming, too.

5.

When Marcel reaches sexual maturity, and Ross has to apply to a bunch of zoos so that he can... party with the other monkeys.

Ross telling Joey and Chandler, "Our first choice would be one of the bigger state zoos like San Diego, but that may just be a pipe dream because he's out of state" and Ross telling Marcel, "We didn't get into Scranton. That was like our party zoo"

NBC

Ross thinks that they can use his connection to get into the University of Miami, but Chandler points out that it's a "total party zoo." Luckily, the San Diego zoo accepts Marcel, just as Ross wanted!

6.

When Phoebe tries to teach Joey to speak French for an audition.

Joey saying, "Bleh de la bleh de blue blah blee," and Phoebe saying, "Again, you're not speaking French"

NBC

Despite her best efforts, she isn't successful.

7.

When Joey gets a baby chick, but he and Chandler start bickering like overtired new parents.

Chandler telling Joey "Maybe we weren't ready to have a chick" and a duck walking out of the bathroom

NBC

They talk about returning her, but the sanctuary won't take her back and, when Chandler tries to take it to the shelter, he finds out that the chick will be euthanized if it doesn't find a new home! So, he not only takes the chick back, but he also adopts a duck!

8.

When Phoebe has pregnancy cravings for meat, despite being a hard-line vegetarian.

Phoebe and Joey sharing a meat sandwich

NBC

Phoebe can't find anything to eat that doesn't make her nauseous until she smells the sandwich Joey is eating while he's in the shower. She resists the temptation until Chandler bites into his sandwich, and she takes a bite out of the other side. Joey makes Phoebe a steak which satisfies her craving, but she feels so much guilt over the idea of killing "a million cows" that Joey offers to give up meat until she gives birth.

9.

When Rachel is more excited by the idea of Monica marrying her millionaire boyfriend, Pete, than Monica is.

Rachel saying, "The theme could be: Look at how much money we've got"

NBC

Rachel's imaginary wedding planning involved money-stuffed invitations, money placemats, money salad, and a money bouquet which, of course, she catches.

10.

When Monica and Phoebe both fall in love with the same guy.... who just so happens to be the guy they put into a coma.

Coma guy saying, &quot;I guess I&#x27;ll see you around&quot; and Phoebe saying, &quot; We thought you were different, but I guess it was just the coma&quot;<br />

NBC

Phoebe encouraged Monica to catcall a man in the street which distracts him from the oncoming traffic. An ambulance hits him and puts him in a coma. Phoebe and Monica sing to him, read to him, change his pajamas, shave him, and fantasize about what he's like. When Coma Guy wakes up, he turns out to be just like all of the other guys, and the two walk out together.

11.

When Chandler and Joey decide that they want to be just like Richard when they grow up.

Chandler walking into Monica&#x27;s apartment and Joey saying, &quot;I got the cigar, he got the mustache. We figured if we both smoked, we&#x27;d both look like dorks&quot;

NBC

After Richard takes the two to a Knicks game, Chandler and Joey realize how cool he is. The three continue to hang out until Richard finds out that Chandler and Joey think of him as a cool dad rather than a buddy.

12.

When Ross and Rachel get so drunk in Vegas that, by the end of the night, they become Mrs. Ross and Mr. Rachel.

Ross saying &quot;Well, hello, Mrs. Ross while tossing rice at Rachel and Rachel saying, &quot;Well, hello, Mr. Rachel&quot; to Ross

NBC

After Ross pranks Rachel on the plane by drawing facial hair on her face, she is too embarrassed to leave the room. The two clean out the mini bar, and Rachel decides that the only way she's leaving the room is if she can draw on Ross' face. Later, when Chandler and Monica are waiting at a chapel to get married, they see Ross and Rachel leaving and greeting each other as husband and wife.

13.

When Monica puts a turkey on her head to cheer Chandler up, and he tells her he loves her for the first time.

Monica dancing with a turkey on her head and Chandler telling her, &quot;You are so great, I love you&quot;

NBC

Chandler gets upset because Monica tells the story of the Thanksgiving when she dropped a knife through Chandler's toe. To cheer him up, she puts a raw turkey on her head, dresses it up, and does a little dance. Am I totally nuts or are Monica and Chandler the best TV couple ever?!

Now, it's time to get the gang back together!
